Preventative Maintenance Agreement (PMA) Benefits:
- 2 Visits per year for performance testing and servicing of covered systems.
- Priority VIP service before other clients
- Check and clean interior and exterior of air handler cabinet
- Check, clean and lubricate blower motors
- Component inspection
- Electrical connections check
- Discounted indoor/outdoor coil cleaning
- Complimentary 30 minutes of diagnostics
- For system replacements while PMA is active, entire prepaid cost of the maintenance agreement is applied to the cost of new system
- If home is ever sold our PMA may be transferred to new owner
- 10% discount on all indoor air quality products and on any repairs and labor for HVAC service calls for covered system(s)
